Lonseal has been distributing resilient sheet vinyl in the United States since 1972. Our flooring is among the most visually striking and distinctive in the market. Lonseal has a number of eco-friendly features such as a pre-applied urethane finish, Topseal. This finish reduces maintenance efforts. It also adds durability and product longevity that far exceeds most other flooring options.
The GreenAir® Collection is Lonseal's suite of low VOC and FloorScore® certified resilient vinyl products which support Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Along with the exciting development of low VOC vinyl flooring, Lonseal is continuously exploring new methods and technologies to minimize impact on the environment.
Lonseal's GreenVinyl® features:
- LEED v5 Contribution: Lonseal interior flooring products contribute toward applicable LEED v5 credits, including Building Product Selection and Procurement, Reduce Embodied Carbon, and Low-Emitting Materials.
- Environmental Product Declaration: Lonseal participates in the industry-wide Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for heterogeneous vinyl flooring, providing transparent, independently verified lifecycle environmental information.
- ISO-Certified Manufacturing: Lonseal flooring is manufactured at a facility certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, supporting consistent quality, responsible environmental practices, and continual improvement.
- GreenAir®: The GreenAir® Collection features low-VOC, FloorScore®-certified resilient flooring products designed to support healthier indoor air quality (IAQ).
- GreenMedic®: GreenMedic® is formulated to inhibit the growth of bacteria that may affect the flooring. These properties do not protect users or others against bacteria, viruses, germs, or other disease-causing organisms.
- FloorScore® Certification: Qualifying Lonseal products are FloorScore® certified through SCS Global Services, demonstrating compliance with recognized indoor air quality emissions requirements.
- Healthy, High-Performance Schools: Lonseal supports healthier educational environments through low-emitting flooring products and attributes aligned with the indoor air quality and sustainability goals advanced by the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), now part of the U.S. Green Building Council.
